You've done everything "right". So why does life still feel so hard?

I work with high-functioning professionals—often in academia, healthcare, or tech—who are quietly struggling with anxiety, burnout, attention difficulties, or a lingering sense that their life is out of sync.

My approach integrates talk therapy and medication management to help patients feel more grounded, focused, and whole.

We are interconnected beings inhabiting physical bodies and how we show up in the world and in our relationships matters

I help patients understand how their struggles are shaped by nervous systems, histories, relationships, and environments, and how lasting change means tending to each of these with care.

My path to psychiatry has always been rooted in care for the whole person

I believe that healing is about understanding how we relate to our bodies, environments, histories, and communities. Since founding my private practice in 2020, I’ve worked with over a hundred adults seeking psychiatric care that is collaborative and clinically grounded.

My training includes a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati, a residency in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School–Cambridge Health Alliance, and two year-long postgraduate fellowships in global mental health and consultation-liaison psychiatry. I’m board-certified and licensed to practice in California, Massachusetts, and Maryland.

In addition to conventional psychiatric care, I’ve trained in MDMA-assisted therapy with MAPS and completed a 200-hour Ashtanga yoga teacher training. My approach integrates these modalities in ways that support each patient's goals.

Outside of work, I love to explore, eat good food, and practice yoga.

Where do you see patients?

I offer virtual/secure online visits for patients throughout California, Massachusetts and Maryland. I also have an office in Davis, California.

Medicare and MassHealth patients

This practice does not bill to, or accept payments from, Medicare (primary or secondary) or Medicaid/MassHealth/MediCal. Because of this, I am prohibited by law from accepting patients who have these insurances, even if you are able to self-pay.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.  Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy and medication management services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy and medication management services.  You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.  Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.  For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
